Okay, so you want to know what wings have to do with women?
I recently attended a talk by Angelika Selle, who is the current [url=http://www.wfwp.us/
]Woman's Federation for World Peace president.
She explained that she had a dream that her arms were wings. One arm was free and able to move like a wing but the other one was paralyzed and unable to move. She wondered why her other arm didn't move like a wing. Then she had the thought that she is giving and giving. That was the arm that moved. She thought about the fact that she needed to receive as well. The moment she thought that, her other arm was free to move.
This analogy meant a lot. Women need to not only give all the time but they also need to receive or they are handicaped. Without receiving women can't be free to fly...to soar. They are stuck in a rut.
The role of a mother in the family is absolutely essential. It is through the parents that children experience heart and learn to love. Mothers oftentimes feel they have to give to the family but don't want to ask for anything for themselves. As a result, it's common for mother's to let themselves go. They don't care for themselves as they should. The result of this type of situation makes the mother burnt out and typically careless about her appearance.
On the other hand, if a woman is able to care for herself she can become vibrant and able to give more in return. Many women tend to feel they are unworthy of things or unqualified. All women have incredible capabilities.
This forum topic is created to honor the dignity and influence of women. Let's encourage women to care for themselves as they care for others. Let's empower the giving and recieving of women so the world can become a better, happier place. I'm sure the men of the world will become much happier as well.
